What happens if the bailiff does not gain entry to your house?
· The bailiff will make a specified number of visits on which they will charge an amount to be added to your debt. If they fail to gain entry the warrant for the debt will be returned to the issuing Court. They will advise the Court they have been unable to gain entry and your Creditor may look for a different way to get their money.
